Terms of Service
Last updated: July 21, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and CanvasCraft LLC, a California limited liability company trading as EZY Studios ("we", "us"). They apply to our games, our Discord Activities, and this website (together, the "Services").
By launching one of our games or using this site, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Services.
1. Who may play
You must be at least 13 years old, or older if the law where you live sets a higher age for online services. Our Discord Activities also require you to have a Discord account in good standing and to follow Discord's Terms of Service; our Steam titles likewise require compliance with Valve's Steam Subscriber Agreement. Nothing here overrides those agreements with those platforms.
2. Your licence to play
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play our games for your own entertainment. You may not sell, sublicense, rent, or commercially exploit the Services.
Streaming, recording, and monetised video of our games is expressly permitted and encouraged, including on monetised channels. Please do not imply that we sponsor or endorse your channel without asking us first.
3. Fair play
You agree not to:
- cheat, exploit bugs for advantage, or use bots, macros, or modified clients;
- tamper with, reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with our servers or game code, except where that right cannot lawfully be excluded;
- attempt to falsify scores, leaderboard positions, entitlements, or match results;
- harass, threaten, or abuse other players, or use a display name that is hateful, obscene, or impersonates someone else;
- disrupt the Services, including by overloading, scraping, or denying service to them.
We may suspend or terminate access, reset progression, or remove leaderboard entries where we reasonably believe this section has been breached. Where it is practical and appropriate to do so, we will tell you why.
4. Purchases and virtual items
Some games sell optional virtual items, such as cosmetic effects. These are licensed to you, not sold — they have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and cannot be transferred between accounts.
| Where you bought it | Who handles payment and refunds |
|---|---|
| Inside a Discord Activity | Discord Inc., under Discord's payment and refund terms |
| On Steam | Valve Corporation, under the Steam Refund Policy |
Because we never process your payment, refund requests must go to the platform you bought from. We will help where we can, but we cannot issue a refund for a transaction we did not take. Nothing in this section limits any statutory refund or cancellation right you have under consumer law where you live.
Virtual items are tied to the game they were bought in. If we retire a game (see section 6), the items in it stop working.
5. Your feedback
If you send us a bug report, suggestion, or idea, you allow us to use it to improve our games without owing you payment, credit, or confidentiality. We will not claim ownership of anything else you create.
6. Changes and availability
We are a small studio. Games are updated frequently, balance changes, features are added and sometimes removed, and titles may eventually be retired. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available. If we plan to shut a game down, we will give reasonable notice in our community Discord where we can.
7. Our content
All game code, artwork, characters, names, music, and other content are owned by CanvasCraft LLC and protected by copyright and trade mark law. "Discord" is a trade mark of Discord Inc. and "Steam" is a trade mark of Valve Corporation; neither sponsors or endorses us, and we claim no rights in their marks.
8. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or US$50.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability — in particular for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud — so parts of sections 8 and 9 may not apply to you, and nothing here removes rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time, and you can revoke our access from Discord's User Settings → Authorized Apps. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. Sections 4, 5, 7, 8, 9 and 11 survive termination.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the state and federal courts located in California have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory laws of your country of residence.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and we will announce material changes in our community Discord. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
