Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 21, 2026
EZY Studios is a trading name of CanvasCraft LLC, a California limited liability company ("we", "us"). This policy covers three different things, and they work differently, so they are described separately below: our Discord Activities, our Steam titles, and this website.
The short version: we collect the minimum needed to make a multiplayer game work, we never sell it, we run no advertising or tracking SDKs, and you can have your record deleted by sending one email.
1. This website
These pages are static files. They set no cookies, run no analytics, and load no third-party scripts, fonts or trackers — the typefaces are served from our own server precisely so your visit is not reported to anyone else. Our web host records standard server access logs (IP address, timestamp, requested page, browser user-agent) for security and troubleshooting. We do not combine those logs with any game account.
2. Discord Activities
This covers Deepvein, Paper Jam, AFK Acres and Wing It, which run inside the Discord client.
What we receive
When you launch one of our Activities, Discord asks your permission and then gives us a limited profile: your Discord user ID, your display name, and your avatar image. We do not receive your email address, your password, your friends list, or your real name.
We never have access to the messages, voice audio, video, or screen share in the channel you are playing from.
What we store, and for how long
To make leaderboards, progression and purchases work across sessions, we keep a small record per player on our own server:
| Data | Why |
|---|---|
| Discord user ID and display name | To identify your save between sessions and show you on rosters and leaderboards |
| Game progress and statistics — scores, wins, games played, farm state, ranks and internal skill rating | Progression, leaderboards and fair matchmaking |
| Cosmetic items and other entitlements you own | So a purchase you made still applies next time you play |
| First-seen and last-seen timestamps | To understand whether players return, and to retire abandoned records |
This record persists until you ask us to delete it, or until we retire the game. It is stored in our application database on servers operated by Fly.io, our hosting provider. Live match state — who is where in a round — exists only in server memory and is discarded when the room closes.
Purchases
In-game items are sold through Discord's own payment system. Discord handles the transaction and tells us only that an entitlement exists for your account. We never see or store your card number, billing address, or any other payment detail.
3. Steam titles
This covers Ravenwood Drive, Clingy and Blood Moon. These are sold and delivered by Valve Corporation through Steam. Your purchase, refund, account and payment data are handled by Valve under Valve's privacy policy, not by us. Where a title uses Steam features such as achievements, leaderboards or cloud saves, that data is held in your Steam account. We see only the aggregated, non-identifying sales and engagement figures that Steamworks reports to any developer.
4. When you contact us
If you email us or post in our community Discord, we keep what you send so we can reply and track the bug or request. Please do not include sensitive personal information in a bug report — we do not need it.
5. What we never do
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Ever.
- We do not serve advertising, and we embed no advertising or analytics SDKs in our games.
- We do not build profiles of you for marketing, or share your data with data brokers.
- We do not access your Discord messages, voice, video, or screen share.
6. Who else touches the data
We use a small number of service providers purely to run the games, and they act on our instructions: Discord Inc. (identity, delivery and payments for Activities), Valve Corporation (delivery and payments for Steam titles), and Fly.io (server and database hosting). We may also disclose data if we are legally required to.
7. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you the record we hold for you, correct it, or delete it outright. Email us and say which game and which Discord display name — deletion is permanent and takes your progression, leaderboard entries and cosmetic items with it. We will action requests within 30 days.
Depending on where you live — for example California, the UK, or the EU — you may have additional statutory rights over your data. We honour these requests regardless of where you live, so you do not need to establish which law applies before asking.
You can also revoke our access at any time from Discord's User Settings → Authorized Apps, which stops any further data reaching us.
8. Children
Our games are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. Discord and Steam both require account holders to be at least 13 (older in some countries). If you believe a child has given us data, email us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and move the date at the top. Material changes will be announced in our community Discord.
